Via SWIFT

- Classic bank transfer
From your bank account ; directly to our bank account and without an intermediary bank.

- ALL bank transfer charges are the responsibility of the sender ; therefore at your expense (all "issue" costs and all "receipt" costs) and all you have to do is tick the relevant boxes on the correct form.

- The transfer must not go through intermediary banks which charge fees that would ultimately be your responsibility (the transfer must be made with the SWIFT international transfer system; from the departure of your bank to the arrival on our account).

- No commission for the United States, nor for Indosuez, nor for a partner bank of yours located in Bangkok or elsewhere...

- The exact sums indicated on our invoices must arrive at the latest on the date indicated on our invoices at our bank in the currency which is indicated on your invoice.

Via WISE

- Transfer fee of approx. 1%
- Exchange rate identical to the reality of the day.
- Lower transfer fees than a traditional bank and Swift; for amounts below approximately 110,000 baht.
- Transfer fees from your bank to Wise by credit card = Free in Europe

Contractual Commitment
CANCELLATION
- It is the payment of the exact total amount indicated on our invoices and on the date indicated on our invoices; which are the conditions that make our commitments contractual.

- Non-payment of the entire invoice and/or on the dates indicated on our invoices is a cause for cancellation which involves cancellation costs.

- The percentage of costs in the event of cancellation for non-payment of the totality of the invoice is identical in our Term and Conditions.

ATTENTION
Payment in Thailand
- For the balance of the private vehicle and driver rental; the balance and to be paid to our driver; in cash in Thai Baht.
- For the balance in certain cases of our trips and excursions; the balance and to be paid to our guide; in cash and in thai baht.
