THE TRUTH

We will never tell you that our private drivers can be French-speaking (this does not exist in Thailand; otherwise he would be a guide).

Nor that your driver can +/- act as a guide (in Thailand the guide profession is increasingly regulated with an up-to-date official guide license, a detailed mission order...).

And we will not tell you either that your private driver is available 14 hours a day.

And for your safety, that of your driver and that of other road users; your driver must do his job as a driver and then he must be able to rest his mind.

Thailand is one of the most accident-prone countries in the world (mainly due to 2 wheels). Driving must be very attentive.

To seduce the customer at the time of booking; we do not need to use arguments that turn out to be different from the reality on the ground.

Our official travel agency Hansathai Travel has existed since September 1990. That is to say more than 1/3 of a century.
And we have, to date September 12, 2024, never had a single road accident. Whether in vehicle rental with driver or in complete trip with Hansathai Travel.

YOUR PRIVATE DRIVER

Your private driver will make the trip you have planned and booked with our travel agency Hansathai Travel.

He will be able to communicate with you for schedules, classic technical explanations ... in relation to his job as a driver.

Our private professional drivers who make you discover Thailand; are used to Western visitors.

The driving style of our drivers is gentle and careful. The stops are made with a good heart because we are happy that they participate in making you love the country better (of course within the limits of the itinerary and the normal duration of use).

Your driver will always be careful, respecting the regulations and adopting a conduct compatible with the safety and well-being of his passengers who are visiting and wish to know Thailand and have a beautiful trip.

DINNER OUTSIDE THE HOTEL

In the evening, after going to your hotel to take a shower for example; you can go out to have dinner in an outside restaurant.

Within the reasonable framework of working hours (around 10 hours per day) and rest for your driver.
Depending on the day of driving; for example with a return to the hotel at 9 p.m.

In the event that you have a specific travel need that goes beyond the usual tourist driving and that was planned in your quote request and in your reservation (for example for a change of itinerary to make a long distance journey that was not planned); the additional hour is billed 300 Baht if your rental choice is without fuel and 700 Baht if your rental choice is with fuel included).

AIRPORT TRANSFER

For your airport transfer; it is up to you to plan a reasonable schedule according to your airline which will tell you the time of your presentation at the check-in counter (with our advice if you wish).

Our driver must not take risks (by driving too fast) for you, for himself, for other users and for our vehicle which is not free; for the simple purpose of rushing to the airport after leaving the hotel 1/2 hour late compared to a reasonable safety schedule.

ASSISTANCE

Our Assistance-Translation service; Hansathai Travel staff; trilingual French-English-Thai; who knows your file, who knows the terrain and who knows, of course, all our drivers; can, of course, help you if you wish.

You can contact our Assistance service by WhatsApp (free phone via internet) at any time of your trip with Hansathai Travel.

But this service is very rarely used for exchanges between our customers and our drivers. We can of course be in telephone contact at any time with your driver and this is what we do to follow the progress of each of our trips.
